Pack Your Items
Place the unused luggage back in its original box with all tags attached and include the printed return slip.

Attach Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

Drop Off
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off location. Refunds are processed within 7-10 days of receipt.
